To Honor the 52nd Celebration of Pride Month, Paradigm for Parity® Coalition Applauds our 56 Member Companies Recognized by HRC as the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+Equality.
We are proud to recognize and applaud the 56 member companies named by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) as some of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality 2022. Acknowledging the challenges too often faced by members of the LGBTQIA+ community, these companies work year-round to create an inclusive and supportive workplace where all of their employees can thrive and succeed.
HRC’s Corporate Equality Index selection process includes establishing and implementing comprehensive policies, benefits, and practices focused on more significant equity for LGBTQ+ employees. Over a third of our member companies meet this important standard, including:
Beck Bailey, Managing Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture, a P4P member company, recently discussed the importance of companies acting on their Pride month commitments the entire year — beyond June. Emphasizing the importance of leaders “always envision[ing] to see people the way they see themselves,” he reflected that “If we can find ways to ask people, ‘How do you see yourself?’ and then make efforts to meet them where they are, that’s the goal.”
