As the world grapples with the COVID-19 pandemic, member companies of Paradigm for Parity®, a coalition committed to achieving gender parity in corporations by 2030, are demonstrating leadership in supporting their employees, customers and communities. Here are examples of ways our Paradigm for Parity® coalition companies are staying connected, encouraging social distancing through remote work and providing resources to those struggling with the impacts of the pandemic.

ADM committed approximately $1 million to various organizations involved in the fight against COVID-19, including commitments to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization.

Bank of America committed $100 million to support local communities in need. The company is also supporting Khan Academy’s virtual learning tools and providing additional support for their consumer and small business clients.

Cheer Partners held virtual sessions at no cost to anyone who has recently been laid off. The virtual sessions include executive coaching, resume help, reviewing LinkedIn profiles, connections to opportunities and helping impacted individuals to identify their ideal next steps and preparing them for that goal.

Equinix employees participated in virtual community service in honor of International Women’s Day.

Lead Inclusively Inc. is holding a webinar on inclusion in the context of a virtual workforce setting. The webinar is free and available to anybody who wants to access it.

NFP launched a webpage to help clients understand the financial services, commercial and healthcare insurances and employee impact of the pandemic.

Salesforce is sharing a COVID-19 Care Response Solution that provides free access to technology for emergency response teams, care management teams, and health systems responding to the coronavirus pandemic. The company is also offering virtual workouts and meditations for their employees.

We applaud our member companies for making a priority of supporting their employees, clients, customers and the public’s health and well-being during these uncertain times. More examples will follow!
